These terms of sale and delivery apply to the purchase of goods at carrotsun.eu for delivery in Denmark.
Order, payment & delivery
Our packages are shipped with DAO, which typically delivers the package within 1-3 business days in Denmark, and 7-15 internationally, from the day the package has left our warehouse.
Carrotsun.eu is open 24 hours a day and you can therefore always shop. However, it may happen that we close the shop due to maintenance.
To shop at Carrotsun.eu you must be 18 years of age and in possession of a valid debit card that we accept.
However, if you are not yet 18 years of age, you can still buy goods if you have obtained your guardian’s acceptance or otherwise have the legal right to make the purchase.
You choose the items you want to buy and put them in the “shopping cart”. You can correct the contents of the shopping cart right up to the time of the order, and you can check the contents as well as the price of the goods on an ongoing basis.
Any additional payments for e.g. shipping and debit card fees will be calculated first, immediately before you are ready to pay.
When you are ready to order, click on “Go to payment”, where you enter your name, address, e-mail, telephone number, form of payment and select the form of delivery.
You can change the contents of the shopping cart until you confirm your purchase by pressing the “For payment” button.
Then your order goes to Carrotsun.eu.
Acknowledgement for acceptance or order and confirmation
Once you have ordered an item with us, you will receive a receipt for our confirmation of your order.
However, you will not enter into a binding purchase agreement until you have received an order confirmation from us. The amount is only charged when the order is shipped from our warehouse.
Right of representation & reasoning
When you shop at Carrotsun.eu you usually have a 14 days right of cancellation where you can inform us that you regret the purchase and then return the item to us.
You have to pay for shipping yourself if you regret the purchase and want to return the goods. In addition, an administration fee of 60, – DKK is added.
Of course, in the case of complaints or faulty products, no administration fee or shipping is required.
The right of withdrawal and complaint will run from the day you received the item.
If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitutional day, Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve, the deadline is extended to the following working day.
In order to claim the right of withdrawal, you must give us an unambiguous statement within 14 days of receipt of the item.

On return, the goods must be returned to:

In case of return, make sure that the goods are properly wrapped.
You are responsible for the package (s) until we receive it. Therefore, save mail receipt as well as any track and trace number.
You have to pay the cost of returning the item yourself when you regret it.
We expect you to ship the goods as soon as possible after you have given notice of cancellation, and you must return them within 14 days of your departure.
Note! We do not receive parcels sent by mail. demand or without distribution.
Documentation for your purchase and return form
You must attach a copy of the order confirmation or other documentation for your purchase.

When we receive the item, we will check it and you will be refunded the amount you paid to us upon purchase.
The amount is always transferred to the same payment method with which you paid the purchase.
For example, if you paid with a card, the purchase amount is returned to the debit card you used in the purchase.
NOTE: You may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part.
It happens if the value of the goods is impaired because;
- You have actually used the item.
- It was damaged while you were responsible for it.
- You have handled the item in a different way than it needed to determine the nature, properties and the way in which they operate.
- You have not followed the restrictions on the right of withdrawal that result from sealing, item type, etc.
Your purchase covered by the Purchase Act, including the deficiency rules.
This means that you can either get a defective item repaired, replaced, refunded or discounted, depending on the specific situation.
Of course, it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of an improper use of the product or other injurious behavior.
It is important that in these situations you do not remove anything from the package and store the original packaging, otherwise you may lose the right to compensation.
You must contact us within “reasonable time”.
You must advertise within a “reasonable time” after you discover the defect in the item. We recommend that you advertise as soon as possible and within 2 months of the error being detected.

When returning the item, please state as detailed as possible what the problem is.
Please use our complaint form, which you can download here https://carrotsun.eu/ – it is not a requirement, but it facilitates our case handling and minimizes the processing time for the complaint.
In justified complaints, we reimburse reasonable shipping costs.
If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your reasonable shipping costs to return the item to us.
Otherwise, you will have to bear all transport costs yourself, including our shipping costs for returning the goods after examination, just as we can charge you an amount of up to DKK 250 for examination of the goods.
Remember that the item must always be shipped in proper packaging and receive a receipt for shipment.
You are responsible for the package / goods until our receipt. Therefore, save mail receipt incl. information on shipping costs and any track and trace number.

In order to shop at https://carrotsun.eu you must at least provide: name, address, e-mail address, telephone / mobile number.
The above data is stored with information on which goods you have purchased for 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the information relates, cf. section 10 of the Accounting Act, after which the information is deleted.
However, if you have created a login to be able to self-service with us, your personal information and order information will not be deleted, unless you ask us to do so.
Information is not disclosed or sold to a third party unless this is done in connection with a restructuring or a full or partial sale of the business.
Any disclosure in such a situation will be in accordance with the personal data law applicable at any given time.
As a customer, you have the opportunity to gain insight into our registration of data about you, and you can object to a registration in accordance with the rules on this in the Act on the processing of personal data and in connection therewith addressed to Coco & Wellness ApS via e-mail email@example.com.
Law selection and defense
Purchase of goods at https://carrotsun.eu is governed by Danish law. Any dispute is settled by the ordinary Danish courts.
